Chloe's Place

Today I was delighted to see an 'old face' has returned to blogging after quite an absence... L was one of my first contacts in the blogging world and in fact she came for a visit and patiently helped me construct my first 'crazy' block... LOL - As you can see L - it has advanced somewhat but I wouldn't say that it was completed...

So if you want to see some wonderful embroidery take yourself over to
Chloe's Place and give yourself a visual feast...

Aah, just got your comment on my blog. I was SO annoyed when I found out Elizabeth Kostova had been speaking the week prior and I hadn't known! Sarah Dunant was fab though.

I've been meaning to ask you for ages, do you work at a bookshop at The Pines? I had the most gorgeous email from a reader who said she'd been recommended to my blog by a woman there, and I wondered if it was you.

Sorry to fill up your commentbox with this stuff but I couldn't find an email address for you. Feel free to delete my comment from here if you don't want that sort of detail on your blog.

See you at the library another time maybe. I'm on the mailing list now so know when the good authors are coming up ...

I haven't been by in a while ... no particular reason. It was nice to visit again. I poped over to Chloe's Place while I was at it and fell in love all over again with the crazy quilts. Wish I had the time to dedicate to one ... maybe when I retire. Just saying hello, Lavenderfields etc.blogspot.com

Hi Sharon

Belated thanks for your lovely (and affirming) comments you left on my blog recently Sharon. I am sure you would do great job on a slow cloth. It is very relaxing to stitch away. Would be very happy to make you a Orange bird when you are ready. Love and light to you special lady. Dotx
P.S This piece is gorgeous!
